HIV/AIDS Awareness, Prevention, and Management - Your tax deductible donation helps the widows and/or their children pay for monthly transportation to and from the nearest AIDS Voluntary Counseling and Testing clinic. Besides receiving testing, counseling, anti-retroviral medications, the widows and children are assured of getting nutritious meals on days they visit the clinic.
Your generous donation also enables CLOUT volunteers in Kenya get the assistance of trained professionals who provide HIV/AIDS, sex, and reproductive health education. Professional counseling and mutual support groups help the women overcome the cultural stigma of AIDS and encourage them to get diagnostic testing and treatment for themselves and for their children.
