CLOUT Cares, Inc. is a tax-exempt charity based in the US.  We oversee and fund a specific CLOUT project in Kasavai, Kenya focused on HIV/AIDS awareness, prevention, and management.  We provide material and emotional support to help widows of AIDS regain their health and become self-sufficient, and we provide funds for the high school education of their children.

CLOUT is a Kenyan charitable, non-governmental organization.  CLOUT identifies problems in vulnerable communities, proposes low-cost technological or other interventions to address these challenges in a sustainable manner and then helps members of the communities implement these interventions.

Indigenous cattle are what almost every widow wants.

They provide milk, income, and respect to those who have them.

Kasavai is a community in Western Province, Kenya, northeast of Lake Victoria and about 30 miles north of Kisumu, Kenya's third largest city.
